The AXOS Cycle R provides and exceptionally smooth and effective workout experience. The thickly seat bottom and contoured seat back with lumbar support adjusts along the slopping support frame to accommodate people with either long or short legs. And for added ease, the AXOS Cycle R comes with weighted pedals, which allow the pedal to remain upright for easier mounting of the foot, and two sets of handlebars. The console handlebars aid in getting in and out of the seat while the seat handlebars aid in higher intensity workouts as well as for sensing heart rate via the telemetric hand grips. The AXOS Cycle R also provides a smooth performance with its 20 pound flywheel and maintenance-free sealed ball bearings. The poly "V" drive belt allows the machine to operate silently as well as fluidly. The advanced computer conveniently has a high resolution screen that provides speed, RPM, distance, time, energy consumption, and pulse rate. Along with providing workout data, the computer comes with 12 workout programs including heart rate control programs that automatically adjust resistance levels in order to achieve and maintain your target heart rate zone which is the key to an effective workout according to fitness experts.
