And thanks to the contact heart rate monitor on the handlebars, users can monitor heart-rate fluctuations without using a chest strap, letting them take control of all aspects of their fitness training.
The bike offers a challenging workout for a variety fitness levels, with eight resistance levels and six preset workout programs, including interval training, mountain profile, valley profile, plateau profile, and manual mode. Other features include a built-in console that tracks your pulse rate, calories burned, speed, distance, and load level; a welded 1020 steel frame; a wireless HR receiver; a welded 1020 high-tension steel frame; and a set of transport wheels for easy mobility.
