Simply set the seat and handlebars to the proper height and forward/aft position and you're ready to go. Many indoor bikes only offer an adjustable height; the added fore/aft adjustments give you an even better fit for your torso, arm, and leg. Whether you're 4' 11" or 6' 5", you'll ride comfortably on the S2 bike. Finally, the seat and pedals are standard bike components, so you can interchange them with your own seat and pedals if desired.
